The Library of Biology has a rich collection including books (~9000 titles), printed journals (~400 titles in ~12000 volumes), undergraduate theses (~1200 titles), postgraduate theses (~450 titles), and doctoral theses (~300 titles).

Due to the unification projects of the three libraries of the Faculty of Sciences AUTH that are taking place on the ground floor of the Biologiko building, the library's office is located on the 8th floor of the Biologiko School.
