The Library of Geology began its operation in 1989. It is housed in a special area of the ground floor of the new building of the School of Sciences (Biology-Informatics), about 200 sq.m., including: the open stacks area, reading room for Faculty, and the reading room “Professor Maximos Maravelakis” for students (20 seats).
