History:
The Library of Law has been operating since the academic year 1998-1999, on the third floor of the building of the Faculties of Law and Economics and Political Sciences, at the initiative of Professor Dim. Papasteriou, Dean of the then Faculty of Law, Economics and Political Sciences.
Gathering and moving the material was a huge project that lasted a year from 1997 to 1998. The electronic processing of the main collection was completed several years later with the support of the European funding programs “EPEAEK I & II Modernisation of AUTH Library System”.
